I was never so glad to leave a job. Unreasonable amount of paperwork, poor management from the top to bottom, and no discipline policies in place for students, especially chronically disruptive students.

I feel that iLead is one of the best schools in Lancaster from the open learning design to the real life lessons they teach. I have a daughter in a standard district type school and I have another in iLead and the difference in free learning teaching style and support that iLead has done has actually helped my daughter that goes there excel she is above grade level in almost every subject I don’t believe that a 2/10 rating is accurate on any level. Her testing scores are always high and she is learning at a very fast pace. My other daughter has hit several roadblocks with standard schools (not iLead) due to overcrowding and not as much one on one time with the teachers and most of those teachers have a mentality that they are just there to babysit not teach.

This school is has been amazing for my daughter. She started here in kindergarten and will be in 2nd grade next school year. The teachers are able to teach the kids better do to smaller a class sizes and the whole staff at ilead has a more personable relationship with the kids. This school is by far better then a regular district school.
