Parent involvement really works, and the staff really cares about their students. Partnering with the staff and advocate for your child and the staff works so hard, I believe parent involvement is key. And it works.

This school is ok. A new principal is now running the school. I think he really does care about the school and wants to change things. Every month he's holding meetings for the community to address issues at the school. I have seen some of the suggestions being implemented. I hope to see positive changes here soon.

Not a good place for kids with noise sensitivity issues. The teachers yell, and demean students in front of other students. Their policies r a joke. I worked as a behaviorist with Department of Developmental Dissabilities in schools and private homes and the issues in this school are appalling to say the least. The “Dean” whom I strongly dis-like also does not keep his word to students and I’ve caught twice trying to lie to me regarding my daughter whom has PTSD from losing her father. I suppose if u r low income and do not care where your child is than this is the place for you, but if you really care about your child STAY AWAY from this school.
