Warren Walker has been a gift to my children. My 1st grader lamented that she "didn't know how she'd survive not going to school all summer." I never once have heard my daughter say she didn't want to go to school. She quite literally couldn't get out of the door fast enough in the morning. This place fosters a love and enthusiasm of learning. They are structured and expect the children to act appropriately, so they earn the respect of the children as well. The small environment is incredibly loving and supportive. My daughter spent a year in public school which affected her confidence and desire to participate. She started at WW as a clingy and insecure child, but has blossomed into a confident high achieving student who loves school. My son is in the middle school as well and it is just as phenomenal. My 4 year old will attend as well, I wouldn't send her anywhere else. Thank you Warren - Walker and my daughters amazing teachers Ms. Southworth and Mr. Mallory!!!

Our daughter is thriving at Warren-Walker because of the small class size, excellent teachers, and strong curriculum. We appreciate that Warren-Walker teaches the whole child, emphasizing character education, athletics, and the arts as well as academics. The Parent Association is welcoming and encourages families to get involved in a variety of ways, including options for working parents.

This is an excellent school and my child is thriving in this environment. The school faculty and parent community are strong, energetic and supportive of students on campus. Academics are the highest priority but child development and enrichment through art, drama, music and physical education are also strongly encouraged.

Warren Walker La Mesa Campus was the right decision for our family. After many years at a very good public school in Mission Hills (Grant Elementary) we decided on a private school and we now believe we made the best decision of our lives as far as education is concerned. We have two boys at Warren Walker, second grade and Kinder, and they both love it. Our kids come home with enthusiasm every day and they love going to school. The instructors are very responsive to all parental concerns, the administration is very warm and accommodating and the other parents and their respective kids have been so welcoming even though we started in second grade. Classroom sizes of 12 kids. Spanish daily and theatre weekly. Our kids are both thriving like never before. I can't say enough. Our kids started not knowing anyone and within the first week they made more friends than the entire schooling before. The parents are active and involved and very warm and helpful. The instruction is great and not just worksheets for homework and most of all the belief in kindness towards others and the constant building of confidence.

Great school, strong academics, caring community. Our girls are in their second year at Warren-Walker and love it. They're being challenged academically and supported socially and emotionally. The teachers and staff at Warren-Walker are simply fabulous. We moved to Warren-Walker from one of the most highly public schools in San Diego. Warren-Walker is leaps and bounds ahead every way you measure.

Love this school! The community of teachers, students and parents are amazing. The children are all so happy to be at school each day which is obvious from the first step on campus. Also love the down-to-earth feel it has among the parent community. Our kids are getting a top tier education and we are so blessed to have found this school.

Our family joined Warren Walker La Mesa in 2010 and it was a decision we are so happy we made. Excellent teachers, challenging academics, friendly and involved parents. You really feel like you are a community here. Just the right mix of challenging subjects and fun activities. The administration is very good at this school. Our two kids are happy and doing well.

I have been so disappointed with at this school. The teachers are always yelling at the kids and talking down to them. They are constantly chatting with each other and not paying attention to the kids. They refused to offer water to my 4 year old because I was 5 minutes late to pick her up and when confronted the teacher she was rude and told me that it was not their position to offer anything if the parent is late. Meanwhile the child was sitting with the other kids who each had food and drink, i can't imagine leaving any child with these teachers. They give worksheets to 3/ 4 year olds and expect them to get it right or mark their paper and let them know about it. My child would come home and tell me how loud the teachers are and she was frightened of them. I finally decided to take her out 3 months before school ended. The top two people who are in charge of the school are husband and wife so if you have a complaint you will get the same response which is nothing, their response to my concerns were "good luck finding a school for your daughter" that's it. shame on them for taking my child's first experience of school away from her.

We have very high expectations and we have never been disappointed with our child education at Warren-Walker. If you are looking for the very best for your child look into The Warren-Walker School. We could not think of a better way to spend our money than our child education.
