If I could give Kent City zero stars, I would. For starters, the staff is awful, the school spends money is the dumbest ways and offers almost no extracurricular classes. This school does NOT prepare students for college at all. Sending your child to this school is a waste of time, please look elsewhere.

The small town atmosphere combined with the familiarity with the rest of the community is a big advantage. Some large schools make students feel like they're just another 'number', but here at KC everybody knows everybody. One thing I don't like about this school is that the sports program dominates all other activities, and non-athletic things such as band have to fund themselves, even though sports get all the funding they need. The teachers are nice and most of them have many years of experience.

This school needs to get it's act togeather. It requires students to take classes they do not offer, and also this school has no money. With no money it plans on continuing next year in some way shape or form that will probably be harmful to the community.
