- Submitted by parent on August 29, 2024My daughter went to TNS for her freshman and sophomore years. Her freshman year was (almost) everything we were promised from the school. The 2023-2024 year was an absolute disaster and TNS was an unhealthy environment for teachers, students, and families. They lost almost half of their students going into the 2024-25 school year and were not able to retain enough quality teachers.Many of the parents were very unhappy with the education they were paying for. The quality of the intensive trips, daily learning, and student care were all sacrificed due to financial mismanagement. My daughter and I also just learned that many of the credits she worked towards at TNS are not transferable so she is starting her junior year back in public school many credits behind. TNS has proven to be a waste of time and money. Save yourself both and find somewhere else to trust with your child's education.
