- Submitted by parent on September 28, 2014School Around Us is a holistic school that focuses on Art, Theatre, Interpersonal relationships, problem solving, project-based learning, the environment, social issues, math, writing, science, social studies and much more!
- Submitted by parent on August 10, 2012School Around Us has been great for my daughter. The holistic approach is definitely different than most other schools that rely on grades to assess the students. At SAU it's more about the individual child, how they grow academically as well as socially and emotionally. Parents put in a ton of volunteer hours which can be hard, but everyone pitches in and it's a nice community. We're glad we found it and highly recommend it if you're looking for an alternative to public school.
