My family is Latino and I love the diversity we found in this school. There are students from different ethnicities and also it has a great program to include students with disabilities. I got involved in the PTA, this allowed me to take a closer look at the Administrators and staff. They are all super engaged and genuinely care for the students. Overall I am extremely pleased (as foreigner) adapting to the school system.

2 stars, they didnt treat my brother right because he has autism. Teachers are good though

My kids have been going to Shady Grove since 2013, and we have had wonderful experiences. All the teachers we have had have been great and really care about their students. I think it's among the best elementary school in the district, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move into the area.

We CANNOT say enough positive things about Shady Grove. I have two young girls here and they could not be happier and more motivated to learn and play! EXCELLENT staff, wonderful facility, community minded, a fun caring environment, a great place to be. We LOVE this school !

Good teachers, all are treated equally, good learning options, very safe community, we feel very comfortable to send our kid to this school.

My son is in first grade and very happy here. The teachers he has had in his two years here have been excellent. Love the parents too.

review from former student If i ever have kids, i want them to go to Shady Grove. Best memories of my childhood are right here! Was there from 99' through 04' Im reviewing each of my old schools, this one was the best 5 years as far as i remember

We just moved to the area and our kids started school here in August. It was a HUGE change from our last school! Teachers are loving, helpful, and welcoming and the students are great! We love it here!
