    The teachers of my kids don't seem particularly interested in keeping me up to speed with how they are progressing. The principal also doesn't seem too friendly, as I spoke with her about a concern I had and I received a rather curt answer.

    Great teachers and counselor have gone out of their way to help my grandchildren succeed.
