- Submitted by parent on July 22, 2013If you looking for a school that is welcoming and warm, when your wanting to educate your child and they can learn on their own level not a ranking. Twiggs Academy offers all the sports you need and no team to try out for, everyone is eligible, they want parent involvement, and love the interaction. My son suddenly started not wanting to go to school, he was being bullied by his teacher, and also punished for the least little things, we took a tour one day when he begged to stay home from school, and we just showed up unnannounced and we were welcomed with open arms by all staff and students as well. He said "mom I'll do anything to start here at "TA" if you transfer me from my school, please!" He went from a 32 sized student classroom to a being the 7th in his class, and he has become a more relaxed and independent thinker, not having to worry so much about fitting in, or being impressive. He could be himself he stopped biting his nails as much and being happy, it's been the best decision we have made, it was a long time coming, and I am so happy that my husband passed and seen their sign one evening. What a blessing....
- Submitted by parent on July 07, 2013TA is a fantastic school. We love the Christian environment and the staff is excellent in making sure the parents are 100% involved. I would not choose any other school for my child. We are truly looking forward to many more years at TA and we are proud to be a part of the TA family!!!! - Melissa Evans
- Submitted by other on March 31, 2010This schhol has went from being a growing and thriving environment to barely existing. It was ran into the ground by a board of people had know clue what they were doing.
