My child loves Sacred Heart. She has flourished - becoming a more confident reader and writer, becoming fascinated with science related projects, and finding friends and a safe, kind school community. My baby has come home often with stories of what she learned and is praying daily at home. The school has a STEM enrichment program that works with the Museum of Aviation to help encourage interest in math and science. In addition, there are opportunities for academic teams, tech clubs, community minded clubs including Scouts, study buddies, soccer and archery, and even Irish dance. The opportunities are endless here.

I highly recommend Sacred Heart School. As a parent, I see SHS as a model of what all schools should strive to be. Children not only receive a top-notch education, but they're afforded opportunities to excel with challenges (public speaking, projects, etc.) at a young age that prepare them for both higher education and everyday life. Daily parent-teacher communication occurs from a VERY dedicated staff, and there is definitely a higher than average parent involvement.

I would highly recommend this school. The faculty teach students to live a good christian life and the academics is outstanding. If you are looking to improve your child's life, enroll them at SHS.

I went to Sacred Heart from 2nd through 4th grade. I remember the lay teachers hitting us with three corner (architectural) rulers if we cut up in class. Also the teacher often brought her snotty pre school niece into class for the day and "B***y" ran around like a nutcase. Overall I ended up with a better education than public schools and went on to college and graduate degrees.
