My children attend this school, 1st grade and 2nd grade. The teachers were ok, however the administration is poor. My daughter had a special need, and they failed to accomodate me. They thought they knew what was in the best interest of my child. I believe if they would have listened....a whole lot of problems could have been avoided. So when they called me everyday with issues, I happily ignored them. The school will be perfect if they get rid of the administration!!!

This school is good. When we first moved here I've only had one incident were the staff and leadership disappointed me, but the way the situation was resolved was very, very professional. The teachers are great and work really hard to help the children to succeed. They teach the children to stride for the best and I thank them for that. I love believing in Linwoods vision. I would have never thought coming from a DOD school, that I could find such a great school that we all actually enjoy. They are so many social events after school for the children, there a very active school. The PTA is awesome! Now my boys who will be going into 5th and 1st grade are so excited about seeing not their friends but their teachers. I must say Mrs. Peavy is the best K-grade teacher ever, wonderful teacher my son did really well in her class she is just awesome all around. Thank You Linwood for being a GREAT SCHOOL!!

I love the fact that Linwood has some of the hardest working faculty and staff that I have ever seen. They ensure that the students are always engaged and learning multiple strategies so that they understand the skills that are being taught. They really try to work with the parents and the students to make sure that they have a successful school year. There are always activities for the parents to be involved in in both the morning and afternoon. Last but not least their scores are constantly increasing even though they have an extremely high mobility rate and all of the students have been taught all over the world. Linwood Leopards are the BEST!!!!!

I had two children attend this school two years ago, while my son had a wonderful teacher (Ms. Jones) we love her today, we hated the school. My daughter's teacher wasn't bad at all but I didn't think she could meet my child's need. I express this concern to the adminstrators before the school year even started. Instead she ignored my concerns. I had no support from administrators or staff. But they constantly kept calling me and keeping me out of work. This school is perfect for your children if they don't have problems, education, behavorial, etc..But if they do I would go to a school that is willing to work with the parents and listen to their concerns as well!!!

I love Linwood. I have had 2 children go through this school and it is the best. One just 5th and the other 3rd-5th. They challenge the kids to reach above what they think they are capable of. The teachers and support staff are supreme! ALWAYS available for questions, comments and concerns. My kids were on the honor roll every year they were there, and they had to work hard for it. I appreciate EVERYTHING Linwood has given to my children. It will be hard to match when we move!
