Teachers are all fresh out of high school it seems like.. No one communicates if your child is struggling etc .. You don’t know until you see the bad grade.. you don’t see graded papers or anything. TBH communication is not a must at this point.. then there are school bullies at such a young age. I feel that the school is not handling that properly bc itv steady happening. I used to love this school now it’s like people work just for the check only

I have two children at Chapelwood and have had nothing but a positive experience! The teachers are knowledgeable and kind. My kids have been challenged academically and have had many opportunities for after school activities and clubs. Chapelwood is heavily involved in the community and helps kids and parents with needs. The teachers work well with high ability students and students with special needs.

I feel as the staff needs more diversity. More understanding. I think they nit pick with the students too much. My kids we're at North Wayne since kindergarten and never had these issues. I don't think the some of the teachers have the patience to deal with the kids. I don't feel welcomed walking around the school. No smiles, openness.

While the staff is nice and very helpful, the teacher talent seems to be going down hill in the last 3 years that my sone has been attending the school. I'm not sure what has happened to cause turn-over, but it seems every year my son gets stuck with the teacher who has just joined this school district or who is brand new to teaching this grade. Please Chapelwood, pick better teachers!

I couldn't ask for a better school! Staff goes above and beyond to help kids and families. The administration is very approachable and willing to help with any concerns. Chapelwood is an all around fabulous school!
