As a former parent of this school, I would advise you to NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. My child was at this school since preschool through eight grade and has seen the school go down in quality over the years, especially during Covid. My son was depressed everyday due to the terrible, old teachers and the extremely small classes, and the lack of opportunities. My son's graduation class has ONLY 9 students. The reasons for the small class sizes is because Carden is not a very marketable school and the small campus that doesn't attract parents. Carden really needs to IMPROVE. The teachers at this school are ATROCIOUS and some of them are just downright idiotic. I wish I never send my child to this school because the school DOESN"T prepare them for the real world.

This is the BEST school you could ever hope to send your child to. The classes are small, the teachers really care, the parents are involved, and the academics are one to two years ahead of public school. We left California and we miss Carden Conservatory. I doubt we will ever find a school this good ever again.

I transferred my three children to Carden this year for 3rd, 6th & 7th grades. In the 5 months that my kids have been at Carden, they have improved greatly in all subjects. With the small class sizes, the teachers are able to make sure they fully grasp the concept before moving on. They really push personal responsibility. My kids are now taking personal ownership over their education and homework. We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll them in Carden Conservatory. Our only regret is that we didn't find the school sooner.

We are proud to have our 3 daughters attend Carden Conservatory. Our oldest started 8 years ago. We have been a long time Carden family as my husband attended this same school in 1983 through 1990. We knew the small classroom sizes along with the excellent teaching staff was going to be the best route for our children to get the attention they needed. We have been pleased with the activities, music programs, art classes, computer labs, field trips, bi-lingual programs and more that have sadly been cut from the public school systems. We have found that the Carden Curriculum has proven its self to be high quality education that has not only excelled our children's learning as their testing scores have always been above average. It also challenges them to set and achieve their own goals. We are grateful we have found a place our girls LOVE to go attend school everyday.

It is a wonderful school that my kids have been attending since preschool. They are now in junior high and love their friends, teachers and school. It is a cozy family oriented school with small classes that give kids one on one education.

My two children began at Carden Conservatory in preschool. They are now in 2nd and 3rd grade. I cannot imagine them attending any other school. The staff goes above and beyond for the students. The class sizes are small which allows for individual attention.

We have 2 kids at Carden Conservatory. I can’t say enough how happy we are. Our son, although not diagnosed with ADD, does show signs of being on the spectrum. So we knew that he would need to be in a school with smaller class sizes, where he can get extra attention. Unfortunately he would be lost in a class of 30 kids in public school. We’re glad we went with Carden. The classes do tend to move fast academically. We were concerned that he wouldn’t be able to keep up, but he surprises us constantly. Overall we’ very pleased with the school.

Both of my children currently attend this Carden school. Being raised in public schools myself, I never imagined that I would send my own children to private school; but I was also fortunate enough to live in an area in a different part of the state, where the public schools were all better than the private schools. Even compared to the schools I attended though, I am glad that I had the opportunity to find Carden Conservatory, because I was still lost in the mass of students even at good public schools. I also did not have foreign language until I entered Junior High, you get Spanish from the beginning of elementary at Carden. Music education was limited to part of one year in elementary school with a recorder, again, here the music teacher starts with students in the Preschool and carries music education through all grades. Private lessons are also available on campus from the music teacher after school (very convenient), if you want individual training in piano, guitar, or voice. Art at Carden also includes art concepts and art history beginning in elementary, so kids learn about art and aren't just coloring in class. The smaller class sizes mean that each student actually receives attention from the teachers, so kids who are behind get attention they need and those who are ahead still get attention to accelerate their education even more. Also, for each grade's assembly the small class sizes mean that every student has a part. One of my children is shy, but is absolutely outgoing compared to how I was, due to the confidence building from being in front of the entire school (and parents) with substantial speaking parts (each grade has one specific assembly it puts on, and there are several school wide ones every year as well). From my experience, administration is very attentive and approachable and has worked through any questions or issues I have seen in a fair and reasonable way. I can't reccoment this school enough.

Both my sons attended this school for 11 years (preschool through 8th grade). They loved their school, their friends, and thrived there. They BOTH tested into all honors classes in high school and are doing well thanks to the study skills that they learned there. Both started high school as honors geometry students. Many of their peers have had similar experiences in high school. The kids are nice here and the classrooms are small so the kids are expected to participate actively in each class. I highly recommend this school!

Carden is an amazing small private school, parent supported. The class sizes are small and this enables the children to obtain a better education. Their curriculum is by far above standard.

We have been at this school for 7 years now and absolutely love it. My child is learning much more than his peers at other schools and enjoying himself. The new computer boards in the classrooms are great and I love the new film, golf and paddleboarding classes for the older kids! This is a great school!

Fantastic school, fantastic teachers! My two children have attended Carden for seven years. We started in the preschool and continued forward. I am so appreciative for the teachers and staff at Carden. They take great care and dedication to bring the very best education to my children. It's amazing how supportive and caring the teachers and staff are at Carden Conservatory - truly a family atmosphere. The balance between academics and electives is more than they would obtain from other schools. My children have had Spanish, art and music since preschool. From kindergarten on every grade has computer education. The peer to peer support is excellent. I prefer to have my children attend a school with a class size of 10-15 than 30-40. Carden Conservatory is a top-notch education and I cannot say enough good things about it.
