This is possibly the worst school I have ever gone to. I am autistic and still go here as I am an incoming 8th grader. During 7th grade, I had depression and my para pro nor the counselor or special ed teachers could help me. I have shown interest in leaving, but my parents say no. I will be showing my hate to this school in this review, and will most likely hate the experience in 8th grade.

This school's administration is such a joke. Education is okay but the school's tolerance to bulling is ridiculous. I'm pulling my child due to lack of action.

The Holt junior high is a phenomenal school because of its high standard that Holt has always held. the curriculum is great, teachers are nice, demographic is large, student are great above all, and you feel great to be there. The amount this school has to offer is surely above average. I would recommend this school without hesitation over a public or even any private.

Some of the staff is effective in being compassionate, when it comes to understanding that bullying is not a form of friendship and that each child does not learn like the group. Other than that I do not recommend this school for children that are not socially accepted. When my oldest son attended this school he was bullied constantly and would have to fight to be left alone. My youngest started here at this school and the same thing was happening all the time but no one was payed attention to him because he's very quite. I am not saying that the entire staff at Hope is terrible however I do not feel like there should be more effective bullying plan in place

as eighth grade student there, I don't really appreciate this school, of course because I'm a kid and every kid hates school but let me tell you why I hate it. at this school the teachers yell at you for how you're dressing when you aren't breaking any rules, they just want to yell at someone so they yell at us for no reason. this school is not my school of choice that's for sure. and that was one example of why I hate this school.

I have had 2 of my 3 kids go through this school so far. I will send my 3rd one without any hesitation! Only things I can "complain" about is that some of the math teachers are rude and don't seem to want to help the kids when they need it (not all, some), and there is 1 lady in the main office (out of several that work in there) that NEVER smiles, NEVER makes you feel welcome, and always makes you feel like you are a horrible human being for coming in there! If it wasn't for the other ladies....I don't think anyone would go in there. Love the principal! Love all the other teachers and staff. :)
