I've found the staff of THMS to be helpful in every way. If they don't have an answer, they will find someone to answer it for you.The educators are very involved with each student and invest themselves into educational commitment.

This school has excellent advanced classes which my son enjoys. It’s been frustrating that he has not been able to join any STEM classes simply because he’s a new student and they don’t allow new students to join STEM because they don’t save space for them. They need better ways to identify gifted kids. My son correctly figured out if he did well on the GT test he would get more work instead of more challenging work so he intentionally bombed the test. Meanwhile, in all his GT/advanced/high school classes he (7th grader) is on A honor roll. The administration is the worst I have ever experienced. I don’t understand how a man like that can be an administrator. I went to school board over that man. This school needs to stop bullying. There is no excuse for it. Teachers need to stop ignoring it when they see it. Teachers also need to stop allowing kids to be vulgar in the halls. You can’t behave that way in the workplace; you don’t get to behave like that in school.
