Staff is very friendly and responsible, they always have that smile when they help you. My kid loved this place and it's very hard for us to take him out of the school when we have to transfer him to a different school.. they have a very good curriculum and knowledgeable teaching staff.

(I refer to my child as "they" for prviacy purposes) If I could give it 0 stars, I would.They gave my child 5th grader homework as a 3rd grader and now they are behind on their reading and math. The pandemic affected my child the most because they expected them to be in front of the screen for 8 HOURS! It's ridiculous. My child always tell me "I don't know" when I ask about whether they have homework or not. I have talked to the teachers about my child's struggles and nothing seems to change. They simply don't care about the difficulties that they face. Do me a favor and DO NOT send your child to this school. They give a ton of homework that isn't even graded so how am I supposed to help my child with getting good grades if everything that is graded is done at school? My child has 0 motivation for doing their homework because they give 0 incentives. There only so much that I can do as a parent. I couldn't even get my child a spot in after school care for 3 years in a row since you have to apply for it.While some students seem to do well, as I have seen through their certificate system, they don't do enough for students who can't keep up. Some teachers just don't care, regardless of parent-teacher-day talks. They also seem to treat some students differently, which I find unprofessional. I've asked my child about missing work and they tell me that they have no idea what's going on in class sometimes. When I look at my child's loadwork even I become overwhelmed. Now it's a struggle to get them to go to school in the mornings and the associations to school keep getting worse. A child who loves their school and feels welcome wouldn't refuse to go. It's just a big no from me and I've been trying to get my child out of here.

Horrible, the only good side is the woman who runs before and after school care, she has her stuff together and is very friendly and professional. The rest of the school act like they are too busy to talk to you or that they just don’t care.

I was disappointed with Ace Academy. My child attended the school for 2 years. The first year seem very promising. The principal and teachers appeared vested. The 2nd year the teachers appear to only focus on measures or metrics not supported by the state but a fictitious body of some sort. My child has always been a strong reader and hard worker. I thought by enrolling my child into a charter school, they would be pushed a motivated to grow. Instead, once my child demonstrated an understanding of the basics, my child was just ignored. Not challenged, not pushed, just ignored. Scoring a 5 on a sample EOG, there was no discussion of development or talent gifted, HTC. U just told, my child was fine. No one cared about my child's educational growth. In particular, my child's teacher was hardly present, and during parent conferences she didn't seem to be able to answer questions concerning my child's progress or growth. When I attempted to meet with the principal another member of the staff told me how much she and her son liked my child's teacher. My child's needs were just not important. I was also mortified to visit the classroom to give out birthday cupcakes to find an 13 year old running the class. I know the school is new, but they have to invest in good teachers and staff, and not be afraid of hard work. My child's teacher seem to only assign reading and or very little work. I got the impression that the teacher was attempting to minimize her work. I removed my child and registered my child in order to attend a traditional school. I thought my child would be push and challenged as well as focus on entrepreneurship, but instead my child was treated like a an excelling number on a metric scale and ignored. Something I would not have expected from a charter school. I honestly would not encourage you to enroll your child here. I would seek every alternative before enrolling into this school. If you care about your child's future, I would look elsewhere.

They definitely need some work. They have lots of turnover with teachers and inconsistencies with delivering on their promise.

My started attending ACE in the First Grade. From there many changes have developed and it is a shame that I believe it is going to take a little longer than 5 years for this school to possibly be better than what it is. But when you have Staff and Faculty being rude and disrespectful, I am not sure how great the school can be. I thought having my son attend a Charter school was better than having him attend a public school, well after the test scores from the EOG and the many mishaps throughout the year, I have changed my mind.

They have a principal that has no idea what she is doing. They worry about things that need little attention, but show no concern for the important things like lesson plans and helping our children succeed. When questions are asked, answers are given in a round about way until they think you've been pacified. What I thought was going to be a great school for my child has failed. The only thing keeping them their is not being in a CMS school.

I withdrew my child out of this school after 4 months of attending. The lack of communication and disorganization is ridiculous. My child had 3 different buses and 4 different bus shuttle stop schedules within the first month of school. The bus routes, numbers and times, should have been established before school began so working parents can make proper arrangements to get students to the shuttle stops. My child worked on a summer project provided by the school that had missing pages and no guidance for parents to contact if there was an issue.

My son started at this school when it first opened in 1st grade and is now in 3rd grade and I have another son in Kindergarten. We love this school! I love what it stands for and what they teach the children. Before the school started they had information sessions and explained the premises of the school and why they would be teaching the way they do. A.C.E. stands for Academics, Character, Entrepreneurship. I love the fact that kids are taught about character and entrepreneurship at such a young age. Not every child will want to go to college, some will have ideas and want to expand on those ideas. What a wonderful foundation to have knowing and understanding this at such a young age. I love the staff! Any concern or issue I've ever had, I've been able to call or go to the school and speak with someone and get it resolved. I'm involved and very hands on with my kids and their education. I believe with anything you do it's all about the effort you put forth. I make sure my children are doing well in school and I make sure the teachers know we are in this together! It takes parents and the teachers to help our children succeed!

My child attended K & 1st grades here. Once the school moved to the new building, things declined rapidly. It really felt like this school began to operate more like a business venture than a school when they moved into the new building in the middle of their first year. The teachers are stretched very thin and have very little support. Which is a shame because the teachers are actually good. The classes were too large, at one point there were 25 kids to ONE teacher. The overall feel of the school was scattered and unorganized. The staff didn't seem to be on the same page in regards to a lot. Communication wasn't great, there were a lot of times that I got information at the last minute. It seemed like it was a major inconvenience to answer a parent or guardians questions or concerns. I would absolutely avoid this school if you want your child to flourish.

Terrible school starting with the principal and trickling down to faculty. Very poor communication and unprofessional conduct and overall tone to this school from attitude to academics.
