We are new to Pioneer Elementary for the 24-25 school year. So far we have been highly impressed with the staff, administration, and of course the wonderful teachers. Our daughter has Mrs. Rios and Mrs. Adams, both who are amazing. These are dedicated teachers who sacrifice time and energy to provide a high level of learning for their students. Mrs Rios has helped improve my daughter's reading immensely in just a couple of months of being at the school. Respect, leadership, kindness, and positive support are emphasized, to build strong character and self-confidence. 10/10!

We love Mrs. Rios and her paraprofessionals. They’re the best! Mrs. Rios goes above and beyond in caring for and teaching her students in the special education program. Our son has made so many improvements since being in this school and all of it is due to Mrs. Rios and her paraprofessionals. Mrs. Rios is the kindest, most loving person who really wants to see her students succeed. She really cares so much about her students and I am so very grateful to her, Miss Mary, Miss Paula, and Miss Young for all that they do to help our child. We know he is in good hands with these ladies and we just love them.

I am consistently impressed with the quality of education and nurturing environment at Pioneer Elementary. The dedicated staff creates a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to to engage students in meaningful learning experiences and the emphasis on character development fosters a supportive and inclusive community. Parents have choice and are always kept well-informed and involved, which strengthens the partnership between home and school. Pioneer is truly a gem, providing a solid foundation for Gilbert youth.

My kids, and now my grandson, all love Pioneer! We love that Pioneer is a smaller school and the principal and teachers know the students by name and truly show that they care for students.

We were lucky enough to have spent the last 8 years with Pioneer. We had some amazing teachers throughout and some great experience. Pioneer is a fantastic school. The teachers really care and go above and beyond for their students. I’m grateful our girls were able to attend Pioneer. They loved their years at Pioneer and talk highly of everyone who worked there. We highly recommend Pioneer!

We have had 4 children attend Pioneer Elementary over the past 11 years and I just cannot say enough good about this school! We have loved all of the teachers and staff! It has truly been a little home away from home for our kids! We are going to miss Pioneer now that my youngest has “graduated” from elementary school!

We are the parents of a second-grade student at Pioneer Elementary School in the Gilbert School district. We have been so thrilled with our daughters school, especially the teachers! Each of them have been so supportive and worked with us for the best outcome for our daughter. We have been so grateful for all of the continued communication and updates. If you are looking for a group of educators that put the children first, Pioneer is the place for you. Mrs. Nowicki in Kindergarten goes above and beyond and is one of the most amazing people on the planet! Mrs. Steward & Mrs. Woodger in Second Grade are such an outstanding pair and truly focus on each child as an individual to ensure they are setting up the student for success. We are so thankful to Pioneer Elementary for all that they do! Mrs. Miller has a wonderful campus! We are excited to start our younger daughter in Building Blocs and at Sonoma Ranch. Mr. Dachtyl has been super helpful and we are looking forward to it.

I love pioneer elementary school. My children have attended this school for 5 years. Next year I will have all 4 attending the school.

My kids have all attended Pioneer. It's been 13 years now and it's been a great fit for all of my children. They all have different needs in the classroom and the teachers have always met those needs. The staff is amazing with little to no turn over... why? Because the Principal and staff love the students, love teaching and love working together, which makes for a great environment.

I had 2 children go through Pioneer and we loved the school - the open campus is great for the sunshine and fresh air, the staff has very low turnover and most teachers have been there for a long time. My kids were in the ALP program and were greatly prepared for the challenges of junior high.

We absolutely love Pioneer. I think it's generally accepted that the kindergarten teachers are all remarkable. The emotional support is strong and the academic qualifications are high. When our son moved into first grade I was worried we had just gotten lucky and his experience would not be as good, but it is just an A+ school all around. As a overly critical parent, I definitely recommend it.

Moved to this school from Eduprize. Best decision I could have made. I had to send my child to Sylvan last year to help her learn basic 3rd grade math. After 6weeks at Pioneer, I have seen a major improvement, my fourth grader is understanding and enjoying math, her handwriting is improving, she enjoys going to school each day. The teacher and front office have been friendly and helpful and seemed to have genuine the kids.Charter schools we have been involved with failed, they do not have the funds to go the extra mile for kids that may need a little extra help. This is a great public school, so far very pleased.
