All of the staff are very compassionate and truly care about each and every one of their students. The newer principal, Mrs. Schneider, on the other hand, cares about the students but is very arrogant and just likes to silently prove to the teachers that she has control of them by changing policies that really affect the way students learn. It is understandable that all children in the same grade need to learn the same curriculum, but there is no reason to make a class complete chaos by having children who are more fit for a challenge learning the same thing as a child that may need more specialized attention on a topic. That just makes for much wasted time and leads to children fooling around. All if this leads to teachers who are more stressed, and makes teaching go from a career that teachers really love, to a job that is just done because it needs to be. Even with the flaws the school does have, it is a school that will give your child a wonderful core education that will hopefully lead to a lifetime of success.
