This school has made many strides in the past two years. Our experience over all has been positive. There is a new IEP teacher who has been a tremendous help and the new principal has been very helpful. Recess has many classes out at once. Coming out of COVID I'd rather have my kids here then at a public school. Updates have been made and are being made to the school building. Half the building is brand new. The Teachers are caring and do work to help the kids. Most importantly kids are learning about Jesus and getting a solid education at the same time. Many parents who have come from the public schools have said to me directly how far behind their children are and how St.John has helped to get them caught up.

This school was horrific for me, they allowed bullying and even 2 of my teachers participated in this. I was beaten every day on the playground. The teachers all stayed in one area and never moved, allowing this to happen. I was forced to stay all day with a broken hand. Forced to eat food I was allergic to by my teacher. The list would be a novel.

Rating 2 out of 5 I liked how much some of the teachers cared. Academically they are quite behind. About 8 girls left the 4th grade because of intensive bullying one year. I have heard some good reports and some bad ones. They have a practice of red shirting a LOT of the boys and some girls—especially when Kindergarten is full. Public school is way ahead in math and reading. A few parents I knew who left struggled with kids being behind. The campus needs to be updated. It looks like the supplies and decor are there from the 1970s. There are a lot of clicky mom groups—if you are not socially up to scratch, they definitely exclude you. Which a few moms I know were hurt by. Public schools have much better supplies, and things are a lot cleaner there—which surprised me. Some kids were nice. The overall experience was mediocre, and sometimes negative.
