    We were approved for a transfer to this school and it has been incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our Kindergarten and 1st grader. Staff is competent, friendly and involved and from what I’ve seen, behavior issues in the classroom are minimal. Our first grader went to a different school in kindergarten and the turnaround we’ve seen in her since she’s been at River Trails has been amazing. Really cannot recommend high enough.

    Extremely didappointing. Overall, the Administration cared for test scores and putting on a show more than the overall well-being of students.

    Great school!! Terrible Principal Patti Bearden needs to go be an attendence clerk at a prison. If the principal left the levels of stress in the school would drop 99%. She is one of the most controlling and annoying people you could possibly try to work with. Would not ever want my daughter to think it is ok to talk to people like she does.

    If your child struggles you may want to consider another school. Parents concerns are not adressed in a way that benefits the students. Kids get shuffled to the side, they're only teaching for the test.
