Sad place to work. Management does not treat staff fairly and picks favorites. Sick children at school every day. Violent children allowed to stay at school and are merely spoken to for a few minutes tops when they have hit a teacher (unless that teacher is one of management's favorites, in that case, the child remains in the office until a parent picks them up for the rest of the day). Assistant director is always on her cell phone during work. Accommodations are made for some teachers but not others, such as placement in quieter classrooms or specific age groups. I worked here as a teacher for almost a year and was very disappointed when I realized that all they truly care about is making money. Read reviews on all sites, not just facebook. Management bribed staff with gift cards to leave 5 star reviews about working there on Google. They also bribed parents with gift cards to do the same.

I had to make an income and my child suffered. This daycare should have been reported. YMCA Care is better, so is Kiddie Academy. You can actually watch your child on video at Kiddie Academy.

If you can take some of these teachers and put them into a different school, I would give it a better rating. I have heard bad things about this particular school from parents, past teachers (some came home crying every day) and past students. Go somewhere else.

My child was bullied. My children got sick frequently and I missed many days of work from other parents being able to bring their children to daycare sick. I saw many inappropriate actions to children from them being allowed to be hit by other children or intentionally being ignored or separated from friends as punishment. Management would retaliate against a parent to bully the parent or instead of protect the child to make sure their reputation was upheld. Instead of an emergency vehicle being called when there is an accident, management attempts to calm the person down that was hurt so that bad publicity is not seen if an emergency vehicle arrives at their facility. It seems like an amazing place, but it has truly been overwhelmingly scary when my children attended here. Looking back on it, I ask myself why did I send them here? That #1 Daycare sign outside the building can be misleading.

Me and my family are very happy here. this is our 5th year of being at Pine Hills Learning Place. Its saddens me when employees who are terminated for good cause, they can write a nasty review. Anyone who is thing about childcare, go check it out for yourself! Get as tour with the funny, blonde Debbie.

I was surprised to see what I saw as a daycare center. Teachers yelling at students, heard some cussing from staff members, leadership saying strange, inappropriate comments to teachers, very unprofessional. I would go elsewhere.

Too many kids - very packed in. Staff seems overwhelmed in need of more help and unhappy. My child got sick too many times here because other kids are allowed to stay while sick.

My daughter cannot wait to get to school each morning. The staff and teachers are wonderful. I only wish they went farther than kindergarten!

This School is Great!! My daughter's Preschool teacher is a wonderful and my child loved going to school; she enjoyed all the wonderful activities over the year. This is the best Preschool hands down!!! The Office is full of wonderful Ladies who are friendly and Cheerful everyday of the week. I rate this place an A+++
