Areas for Improvement:Communication and Follow-Up: One area that needs significant improvement is the follow-up on missing homework assignments. There appears to be a lack of consistent communication regarding incomplete work, which can lead to confusion and unaddressed academic issues. Additionally, responses to emails from parents can be delayed or insufficient, which affects the ability to address concerns in a timely manner.Administrative Practices: There are concerns about the administrative practices at Webber Middle School. It has been observed that the principal and administrative staff have substantial authority, including the ability to access students' cell phone texts. While I understand the need for maintaining school safety, this level of oversight can be unsettling.Decision-Making Process: The decision-making process within the administration can be problematic. It seems that decisions may sometimes be based on hearsay rather than concrete evidence, which can lead to unfair outcomes. Furthermore, the principal’s approach to decision-making has at times been inconsistent, creating confusion among parents. Clearer, more transparent processes would be beneficial.Principal’s Conduct: The principal’s demeanor can sometimes be confrontational and erratic, which complicates the resolution of issues. A more measured approach and consistent decision-making would improve the overall experience for both students and parents.

My grandson is allowed to not do his best! These kids can not turn in homework on time and there is no consequences! Basically these kids are being allowed to slide by and still get good grades! We as tax payers are not getting our money’s worth!

Webber is not great buying they do nothing about and the counslers ignore your problems you come to them about and sometimes create the problem worse but the teacher are great except for a couple and a lot of the time kids get away with Is despicable things.

Webber has been an outstanding school for my family. The leadership is always outside at drop off / pick up, welcoming students and parents, shoveling snow, picking up fallen branches, helping with the traffic flow. They know every kid's name and are always available for families to chat with them. The moment you get inside the building to the front office, you are greeted with such friendly and welcoming warm smiles making you feel right at home and ready to answer any questions or concerns. The teacher retention is very high, probably the highest in the district, and you can see such a strong special, and unique connection between the teachers and staff that have been there for many years together with one main goal, their passion for teaching and our children's success. They communicate weekly with the families and they dedicate their afternoons for extracurricular activities and clubs such as FCCLA, WAVE, Mathcounts, Science Bowl, Science Olympiad, Solar cars, Dungeons and dragons, Debate, Minecraft, and so on. The athletic and music departments are impressive. The GT program is probably the best one in the district providing workshops, volunteering opportunities, enrichment classes, trips, fun activities, and more. I am sure I am forgetting many more amazing things going on at Webber. Like all the schools in the district, they need more funding for the counseling department which despite being so overloaded still manage to find the time to dedicate to the students in the classrooms and at lunch time and they have calming corners always available, and they also organize parenting workshop for families. In my opinion, Webber is excellent school.

It hasn't been great. The worst part about Webber is probably the school counselors or the administrators. One of my friends struggles with depression, and every time she tried going to a school counselor for help, she has come back in tears. She hasn't talked about it with me or any of my other friends, so I don't even know why they make her so upset. The administrators are just garbage and don't actually know anything about to correctly deal with students behavior. There are much better schools to send your students to. Listen to someone who has actually gone there, like me.

My son has bin going to Webber for almost two years and has bin bullied the hole time. We are taking our son out of this school because the staff won't do anything about it. We are very disappointed in the Weber and don't think you should enroll your kid their!

My son has attended webber for almost 2 years. He is constantly bullied and the staff does nothing about it. I would absolutely never send my kid to this school. If your child is a bully they will fit in great! I'm pulling my son out of Webber and my other child will not attend there either. If I could give 0 stars on this school I would, its that terrible.
