    Principal Vogelsang is VERY inviting to all parents! She strongly encourages all parents to be active in the school and always welcomes us during the school day to come in and be present in our children's classrooms. Every teacher we have had has been amazing and any issues that arise during the year are handled promptly and in a way to suit each child best! My children have been in preschool, speech therapy and elementary school at Bowles Elementary and I could not have asked for a better school! At Bowles "We are family!"

    The teachers are not very nice here. They are very strict. One exception would be Mrs. Silverwood. She is an excellent teacher. ALL the other teachers are moody and unmoving. I believe they are too concerned about MAP test scores to remember be nice to the kids.

    Bowles elementary is a great school. been named as one of the top schools in St Louis County. They have a great elementary schedule, and curriculum. Plus their early childhood education is the best. Their adventure club, before and after school is a nice way for working parents to not worry about how their child/ children will get to school if your hours are different than school hours.
