Your child's success at this school is completely on your shoulders. Counselor are not motivated, never available, & never guide the student. Counselors & Teachers dismiss students when they try to get assistance. As a parent you will have to make several calls/emails to get any issues resolved. Students are left on their own to discover scholarships, navigate the SAT, or college application assistance.I’ve had two children go through Eustis High School, it has become worse over time. My child is completely on their own, they are lucky I was able to assist them. Most parents don't have the understanding/resources to help their child.I am disappointed in this school, they need to start treating students like customers, & stop dismissing them as if they are a bother. Administrators purposely omit & hide their email or contact information. This is due to the frustration of parents trying to get things done. When a counselor or teacher doesn't resolve an issue, parents get frustrated & want to communicate with the administrators for assistance. The Principle has stopped that. This high school needs a completely new focus. It's time for them to stop just collecting a pay check.

This school is very depressing. It is very noticable that across the board, everyone is uncaring and laid-back. This also comes as a good thing because everyone is socially accepting and lenient. Things are progressively getting better at this school though with a little encouragement to do activities, this school can show it's amazing potential.

Eustis has really improved under Mrs. Valez. New dynamic and exciting teachers are flocking to the school to work with her and now Eustis has more AP class offerings than any other school in the Golden Triangle (and I think Lake County as well). My son is really enjoying the coaches and the teachers flourishing as a young man there. Don't take anyone's word for out, come check out what it is now instead of assuming it is still like it was.

My son attends Eustis High. The new principal, Mrs. Velez, is very committed to the students. Mr. Geoffrion, Mr. Synder, Ms. Mariany are excellent teachers.

Some of the best teachers, and a few of the worst. I've only ever had one bad experience with a teacher, but I can't blame the school for her behavior. All of my other teachers have been phenomenal, particularly Mr.Hobbs, Mr.Snyder and Mr.Geoffrion. They are the best teachers I've had in my 11 years of school.

As you may know, They do not update the reviews on here! My child attended Eustis High School for the 2011-2012 year. As a parent, I want my child to get the best education possible and make sure my child has a learning environment with no distractions. My child is put in all advanced classes, and has straight A's. She is doing excellent in school with no problems. The teachers and staff and Eustis High are great, and are always very welcoming. I highly recommend this school. Mr.Larry, the principle at Eustis High, is very involved in the kid's learning, as well as the sports. I rate this school with 5 stars!!!

Eustis High school is good and all but slowly become involved with drugs, I myself am trying to get out of this school ,most of the teacher have no clue what they are teaching and the students are now just teaching them selves .The school only cares for the football team not the learning. But around lake county there is no good schools.
