After transferring my children from a highly rated South Eugene school, I was concerned about the low rating on this website. However, I was so pleasantly surprised by the staff and the teachers that I have absolutely no regrets. I would highly recommend the school to anyone seeking a small classroom, one on one style teaching approach. The school has a great community feel and you can sense that from the very first day your child attends. They offer additional TAG work if you need it. They are currently upgrading the school grounds so it looks much cleaner, even though the interior of the school itself is always exceptionally clean and organized. We are very pleased with our experience.

I’d rate our experience very good overall. It’s an older building with some limitations, but my kids are always eager to go to school & both feel very supported by Mr. Rip & the entire Awbrey Park faculty.

I would rate our overall experience as poor. I feel that my child would have been safer and would have received a better education at other local schools. It was a mistake sending my child to Awbrey Park.

This is our second year living in Eugene, and our first year attending Awbrey Park. We are very happy with the quality of education our child is receiving, as well as the warm welcome the school has provided. The school got a stellar new principal this year. As an educator (not in this district) I am thoroughly impressed by his level of involvement, enthusiasm, and approachability. The teacher is extremely hard-working, and expects a great deal of out of the students. I have observed/volunteered in the classroom, and I am pleased to have seen that student work was regularly differentiated to meet individual ability levels. The teachers and staff are great, and the parents are invested in aiding in the school's students/teachers/administration/performance. We are very pleased to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Awbrey Park Elementary has GREAT teachers and GREAT students! I would give this school a five star rate because all my years at Awbrey Park I had great education, teachers, and students! I enjoyed being there and I hope you will to!

This school has great teachers as well as great leadership. The teachers work hard and care about the children. This school has a very positive staff/ campus.
