Our son attended Adobe Middle School 2017 - 2019 for 7th & 8th grade after relocating from Australia. The teachers we came across during those two years were very dedicated to their roles and always helpful and responsive. There were so many clubs, sporting options and extracurricular activities on offer for students. Each time we reached out to a teacher or front office, our emails were answered in a timely manner. Students were frequently rewarded and recognized for their efforts. In addition, there was extra tutoring available if needed before or after school, in particular, Math. As Australians, we were very impressed with the schooling in Elko, Nevada. Adobe Middle School staff and teachers should be very proud.

Even though some of the people at the school are rude, most teachers and staff care about the students and do what they can to help. Adobe has many clubs and different types of sports because they encourage students to get involved. There are many things to keep students safe. Once a teacher is made aware of the problems they do something about it. I had an issue with another student earlier this year, and the teachers made sure it was taken care of so that there weren't any issues anymore. The teachers make sure that everyone understands and are always looking for more ways for their students to learn. The physical education class is impressive, and the teacher wants to see everyone succeed. Even though there are some not so great things about this school, it is a fantastic place. I love attending school at Adobe.

When you first get to the school, most of the secretaries are rude. Especially this one who is the meanest person ever. There have been complaints but no one has done anything about it. The principal and vice principals are super nice though. They have a great music program with choir, beginning band, intermediate band, strings, and advanced strings. The teachers are mostly great, except for some who do nothing. The theatre program is absolute garbage. The sports teams are pretty good, but I've never been on any. They focus a lot on leadership and being nice, but when bullies are reported, they do almost nothing.
