This school is so full of bullies even the teachers are either bullies or do nothing about it when the kids bully. My child who has an IQ in the gifted range was doing horrible in this school the teachers said she was way behind in math and pretty much everything else. I removed her and put her in a different school and now she is an honor student has a 4.0 gpa and is one of the top students. This school does not know how to foster learning and growth. Please find a better school for your precious children.

My children go to this school and our experience has been great so far.My daughter is excelling in her kindergarten class. Mrs. Timoteo is an excellent teacher. My son is also gaining ground on his reading and writing in first grade. Receiving emails each week on what is being taught in the class helps us supplement at home.

Mountain Trails is a great school. My kids have gone to both schools in city center and this one is by far the better school. Principal Turner genuinely cares about his students. There are a lot of kids(too many) but the teachers do a good job at giving kids the attention they need. Mr. Turner and the teachers go out of their way to make school fun for the kids. I really appreciate all they do

We love Mountain Trails!! Two of our 4 kids attended this school and they really liked it. Their staff is amazing, they always put the child's safety first. Principal Turner, is genuinely involved with the students and their learning process; he knows the kids by their names and the kids look at him both as an authority figure and also as a friend. We had the opportunity to know Mrs Andes, Mrs Anderson and Mr Alm (best teacher ever!), all of them are great and truly care for their students. In our case we were homeschooling before and were sceptically of our kids attending to public school, after talking to Mr Turner we feel it was the right thing to do, he really cares for his students, their safety and their learning environment, he also keeps parents informed about what is going on in the school through their Wednesday folder, emails and calls. If you ask me what can be improved I will say parents need to be more involved in their children's learning experience by volunteering every once in a while, it seems the same parents volunteer every week.
