Our daughter loved her first year of kindergarten. Ms Edwards was a great teacher for her and should get a lot of the credit for our kiddos success. We noticed significant progress throughout the school year, not just in academics but also social and interactive skills. Grateful that she had a great teacher and staff to make her really enjoy her first year of school. She was able to make some new solid relationships and always seemed to be happy returning from class each day. It was really cool to see her come out of her shell throughout the year. Our daughter was excited to go to school each day and is stoked for this upcoming year!! We are looking forward to her first grade year, hoping it’s just as good or better than her Kinder year.

Amazing school with great teachers, administrators, and staff. We have three children in this school and could not be happier. Pony Express feels like a family and is a great place for our children to grow. Thank you!

This is a good school with a great student-focused staff. They honestly care about their students. I have been happy with my kids' experience here over the last 4 years now.

I love Pony Express Elementary! I have 4 children all of whom have spent years here as students (2006-2013!) They have loved their teachers, and their experiences. There is a wonderful community feeling when you walk through the doors. There are/have been huge numbers of students enrolled 1000+ for grades k-6, however with the A and B track schedules and strategic lunch and recess scheduling the enormity of the student body is very well managed. (This was my biggest concern before my students started here.) This school benefits not only from the wonderful teachers and staff (They are amazing!!) but, there is a great community of volunteer parents who run programs such as PTA, radKIDS, AND an annual school musical production that is a collaborative effort from students, teachers, parents and former students. This school rocks!! We love it!

My son went to this school for 4 months when he was in kindergarten, when we moved into the area. He was never challenged or taught things that he really needed for kindergarten. When I would go in to help, there was complete chaos! The teacher had no idea how to control the kids. They did whatever they pleased. I came to help during centers, I figured they would be doing learning activities, but they were coloring Disney pictures and playing board games. This was every single day! My son had to play catch up the next year at a different school.
