Since getting new administration our school has taken an even greater turn for the better! Our principal is a leader who pushes our students and staff to succeed and do their best. Our teachers TRULY love our students and would do anything for them. Interventions are in place for students who are struggling, AIG is in place for students who are excelling, and there are plenty of extra curricular activities for students such as after school, tutoring, violin, soccer, cheerleading, and more! The school has ramped up its community and parent involvement through tons of school events like hispanic heritage night, black history night, kickball night, smores night, reading events, sneaker balls, plays, musical performances, etc. The progress at this school is really something you want to be a part of!

I have had a wonderful experience with this school this past year. New administration started in August of 2022 and they have been respectful, responsive and helpful when we've reached out. Every teacher I have interacted with has been passionate, determined, and so incredibly hard working. The school is vibrant, welcoming, and my daughter is excited to go everyday. We love the Eastway Eagles.

Eastway is a wonderful school full of extremely hard working, loving, and dedicated teachers and staff. In my family's 3 years (so far) at the school, my kids have been nurtured and challenged - they have learned so much, socially AND academically. The grade teachers they've had have all been great - they meet students where they are. And the specials teachers (art, music, library, PE, and SEL) are so talented and passionate about what they do.

Current principal has poor leadership and communication skills. He treats staff members as if they are beneath him and lacks showing them respect. Luckily he will not be there next year and I hope the staff members will get a new leader that will give them the support and respect they deserve.

The worse rating possible, you have some teachers who really wanna make a difference, you have people who really care about the children who are enrolled in this school, unfortunately you have an administration that lacks the will and effort to hold not only the staff accountable, but an administration that's not taking responsibility for the lack of progress within the school

I will not be allowing my child to attend this school the next school year. The teacher was very unorganized and had a terrible attitude. When I complained nothing was done about it.
