Burton is a community focused on the well being of learners. The staff works hard to establish strong connections with students and families. They focus on building a strong foundation to help learners reach their full potential!

Our firstborn has had a wonderful experience at Burton so far (2 years). The teachers have been so supportive and skilled in working with them, and we are excited for the rest of their years there. The way Burton handled the transition to digital schooling (and then to offering both in-person and digital) was excellent despite the significant challenges. I have felt that parents' involvement is welcome and the administration is responsive. We also like that the school population is smaller than some, so everyone can be known. Our second child will be attending in the fall and we are very grateful!

My experience at this school has been quite positive over the last several years.

School has a high turn over rate every year, you will not see the same staff members each school term. The administrators lack leadership skills among its staff and as well with parents. If your thinking about enrolling your child here I would research other magnet/IB schools before doing so.
