Our twins have attended for three years now through the pandemic and I cannot say enough good things about this school. Our standards are high and we’ve been very pleasantly surprised. From the teachers, to the administration, and the “Tiger Way” our sons have LOVED their experience as have we. YES the area is less diverse and more conservative but we have seen a good amount of curriculum come home that has been more diverse than expected for the general area.

Delano Elementary was a mostly positive experience for our son while he was there. There are some very good teachers and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s kind of old school though. Very little diversity or really any desire to do anything about learning about it. Largely white, conservative families, and they still sing Christmas carols, etc. We ended up relocating and did look for a school with a bit more diversity.

Great School. We just started there this year, very good curriculum. Some communication issues as far as not getting important messages and info home when needed (not sending notes home or calling, just passing along a verbal message with child) But, we do have a very young new teacher. Other than that, great school.
