this school is dirty and it has roach's in the lunch and they don't care about the kids all they do is care about the grades and all of the grades into one is a bad idea. what if a 6th grader gets into a fight with a 8th graders its unfair and there is a bunch of fights in there.

This school’s parent pick-up and drop-off procedures are highly disorganized. The school office staff provides conflicting information, attempting to evade any potential frustration. School buses are permitted to park in the designated parent pick-up and drop-off area, but bus attendants subsequently request that parents vacate their spots, which they have occupied for over an hour, to facilitate their departure. The school fails to consider the diverse responsibilities and childcare commitments of parents, particularly those with children attending other schools. Furthermore, it is not feasible for parents to remain in the parent pick-up line for an extended period after 2:40 pm.Despite the office’s official opening time of 8:30 AM, the staff accommodates their workers by allowing them to bring their children to school as soon as they arrive by 7:00 AM. This practice demonstrates a lack of consideration for the practical constraints faced by parents. In contrast, I have never encountered such ineptitude at any other school. Next step for me will ne to contact the school board

This school is terrible, I definitely wouldn't recommended this school to no one. Bella Citta is so unorganized, there school lunch is terrible and don't even get me started on the rules. I mean what kind of school just serves up food that looks dry and has been expired for weeks, my daughter went to this school and i had many issues with these people. The rules, "tuck in your shirt at all times" or no colored sweatshirts, i mean what if i couldn't afford another one, that's all my daughter has! Then she's going To be cold for the rest of the day, are you kidding me? Its just stupid. My daughter was doing just fine in old school but ever since i came here, her grades have been low im so glad i took my kid out of there before she had to suffer more in that disgusting Environment , now she's doing so much better in her new school.

I can't wait to get my daughter out of this school. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a place for her anywhere else. This is the second year in a row at this school and it continues to be disorganized. There are so many people in the office and they just walk around, look at us in the waiting line and do nothing to speed up the service. There are several parents complaining that they are losing work and only 1 person to support so many parents who need help. I have been trying to request a school bus to pick up my daughter for 2 days. The first day I waited for more than 1 hour and gave up, the second day it was 45 minutes and I gave up. Run away from this school!

Bella Citta School Rating: 2/10Overview:Having had my daughter attend kindergarten and 1st grade at Bella Citta, I’ve encountered multiple issues that have significantly impacted our experience.Lice Infestation:A year ago, my daughter was infected with lice. Despite notifying the teacher, I received no information about the issue or any warning for parents to check their children. Months later, I came across a Ring camera post where a parent warned the 1st-grade parents to check their kids for lice. While waiting for her bus in the walker’s area, my daughter overheard a teacher advising another parent to check her child for lice and mentioned that informing parents about lice is against the school’s rules. This lack of transparency and the school’s policy on lice is concerning.Principal’s Arbitrary Rules:The principal seems to create rules without considering the students’ or teachers’ needs. Notably, he canceled both the Halloween and Valentine’s Day parties. Furthermore, he introduced a $2 “dress down” fee for Fridays without providing any information on where the money goes.Inconsistent Policy Implementation:Just before the start of the school year, the principal enforced a new policy requiring all students to wear “Bella Citta” t-shirts. Despite ordering the t-shirt during orientation day, I didn’t receive it until two months later. Several teachers at the school are unhappy with the principal’s decisions and lack of communication. Some have already left, and others are considering leaving, stating that he has “ghosted” them.Recommendation:To all parents considering enrolling their children at Bella Citta, I strongly advise against it. There are several better schools in the area with more supportive environments. I personally know parents who have transferred their children to other schools in the neighborhood and have had a much better experience.
