It’s an amazing school and teaches many languages. The school has amazing teachers.

Pay attention to the dates of the reviews. This school used to be fantastic but isn't any longer!After 2 years at this school, my children have only learned a couple of words in French and a single song in Chinese. THAT IS IT!!! They do a fair job at teaching Spanish but not great.The decline of this school is completely the fault of the current owner. Her attention is no longer on academics. Now that the school has built a new building, she is completely focused on fundraising. She will ignore you unless you are a doctor or drive a Porche! She will literally refuse to make eye contact as we enter the school and then rush to greet the person behind us. There are less than 100 students at this school so there aren't that many parents coming and going so it's incredibly awkward and I've seen her to it to other families as well.I will acknowledge that the teachers here are very caring. My children love their primary teachers, and the school handles special dietary needs exceptionally well. They're tough on bad behavior and very supportive when my children are having a rough day.

The school reality is very different than what you will be shown touring the school before making a decision. After 3 years in that school my daughter didn't learn but a few basic words of chine and french. We speak Spanish at home, so I can't evaluate that language. Academically low, unatentive teachers. We decided to change school and we are very happy with the decision.

This school is great when it comes to daycare but academically speaking it is very poor. Starting with pushing children to learn things one year ahead of where they should be, keep in mind this is not a school for gifted students. They compare kids with each other which is wrong as each child learns differently. The owner is very unprofessional, you send her an email and she never responds you will have to always be calling and until you go in and you’re lucky to see her that’s when things get addressed. It’s very sad that they have certain “teachers” who called themselves educators have a lack of professionalism and lack of common courtesy. They select which parent and which student they will greet in the morning which makes it a toxic environment for children. Very very very disappointing as they do have teachers who are great but unfortunately the school have the incorrect leaders in charge which makes it not such a great choice to have your children enrolled.

We have been apart of the FLIS family for the past 6.5 years. We have been so pleased with the education experience of our daughters and to be apart of an amazing diverse family. As the school has had to transition to a virtual platform they have done an amazing job of transitioning that same community feeling. Although our girls are counting down the days until they get to return to school it is comforting as a parent to see their teachers and administration going above and beyond for our children.

All three of my kids attend the Foreign Launguage Immersion School. This school is like a second home to all of my kids because the teachers love them like parents. I believe that is why our kids are able to perform so well in this accelerated program while becoming fluent in Spanish, French, and Chinese. My kids love going to school. As a parent there is no better feeling. I'm secure in knowing they are getting the BEST education and that our school puts their safety and well being before anything! I wish they could stay here until college. -Maddeson Garcia

We love our school, it's like family to us we know almost every parent we're like a big family,My daughters been there since she's 3 (currently 7) and she absolutely loves it. The advanced curriculum is also a plus, just to know your child is way ahead of kids in the sameGrade in another school is rewarding!

This school is amazing. We can't be more happier. Kids love their teachers and they learn 3 different languages - Spanish, French, Mandarin- besides English.

This school is a hidden treasure in Florida. Teachers are adorable, curriculum goes beyond all expectations. My littlegirl finished VPK last year and she is able to read spanish and english fluently, she adds, substracts and counts beyond 100, she is developing french and mandarin vocabulary. In addition to that, they receive yoga, sports. I forgot to say that meals are healthy and delicious. I am very satisfied with the education and I am glad that my daughter and now my almost 3 year old son are enrolled in this fantastic school!

I absolutely love this school! The staff is so wonderful and caring. The excellent curriculum with offerings in art, athletics, and foreign languages is icing on the cake. :)

This is a great school with caring staff and teachers. My son has been here for less than a year and he already is speaking Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese and we do not speak a second language at home. He entered in Kindergarten and was welcomed by both his teachers and the children at the school. I would recommend this school for anyone looking for a little extra in their child's education.

This is a small school with a very unique approach. Children are taught throughout the day in multiple languages (Spanish, French, Mandarin). It currently has some elementary grade levels as well, and is enlarging annually. My kids have attended for almost 3 years and have progressed well versus their peers in other schools. It has high academic goals and emphasizes the premise that children learn quickly at this young age. Despite the emphasis on academics, the children still enjoy school. Its prices are quite reasonable for the services provided as well. I am very happy and satisfied with this school...

Excellent school! Top academics! My children are significantly ahead of their friends both in reading and math. My 4 year old is doing things that many children don't learn until the 1st or 2nd grade. Plus, they have quickly learned to understand and speak several different languages. I could not ask for anything better.
