    The school and staff is great but the counselor McBride is not so much. She tells parents that their kids need mental help and tells them your child has this or that when she is not trained or licensed to do so.

    We moved to Danville Schools from Avon Schools. I can not express how impressed I have been with Danville South Elementary for the past two years. We have been stopped in a store by the principal saying hello to my daughter and asking how her weekend is going. The teachers help participate in the kids' extra-curricular activities outside of the school. My daughter has done much better academically since we have moved to Danville.
