Bullying is out of control. Teachers to not communicate well. The principal has a "stay in your own lane" policy. IEPs are not followed.

Wonderful and best school in paulding for elementary in my opinion. Principal is highly engaged and there is staff that has been there over 20 years. Love this school.

3 or 4 out of 10. Bullying is getting worse. Now it has went as far as kids exposing themselves during recess and my child being bullied. School staff sees this as kids being kids. HELL NO!

This is an amazing school with an amazing staff! We have great teachers who really love the students. My son has attended K-3rd grade here. We are very sad to leave after the school year ends for a job transfer. The office staff is great and the nurses are very caring. They all will be missed tremendously!

We recently moved from another county and I was a little skeptical about this school. I have heard so many great things about the school since my daughter has started and I have to say that I am really feeling good about the school, my daughter teachers and staff and the education she is getting at Nebo. She really likes the school and members and said she do not want to go back to her former school and that she likes Nebo a lot. So that makes me a happy parent.

We mived from the Northeast and were concerned about getting our children into a good school system. Our time at Nebo continues to impress. The communication is great and parent involvement is welcomed and encouraged. We are very happy so far.

This is the worse school my children have ever attended. The staff are lazy and for the most part need to quit teaching. They have no desire to help children to succeed. Many excellent teacher left this school due to the principal. I hope anyone considering sending their children to this school will research and choose a different school.

My son has attended nebo for k-3 so far. My experience has been mixed so far. But overall the experiences for my SON have been phenomenal. I agree with the comments on the enthusiasm of the office staff - particularly the blonde lady at the front desk - she is quick to judge a person- but slow to assist a person. I was pleasantly surprised though by the school nurse whom I was already known to from an earlier job of mine. It was a giant relief to have a person as sweet, smart and caring as nurse Brenda to be on duty when my son may need medical attention. My son is not an easy child to deal with when he is lazy or determined to defy quiet time and I'm beyond satisfied with the teachers way of handling him. I also had my second child while he has attended nebo and i didnt have to deal with trivial things that took away from my personal time. The teachers go above snd beyond. there maybe a slight lack in communication but if there was a serious instance i am certain i would be notified promptly. Also, traffic may look congested but if your child rides the bus it is no concern. It also moves rather swiftly when it's time to pick up and drop off the children.

I have 3 boys at Nebo; 5th grade, 2nd grade and Kindergarten. We have had 10 different teachers and LOVED every one, with one exception. Nothing serious with that one, we just didn't see eye to eye on some things involving my child. She was still a good teacher all things considered. The specials teachers are fantastic as well. (Music, PE, Art, etc.) The Principal is nice and concerned with students' safety and education. She seems dedicated to continuing Nebo's growth and keeping everything running smoothly. Based on previous reviews, she has turned this school around, and in the last 6 years since we have been here, it just continues to get better. I have one child with ADHD and the support system is great. All of his teachers have been involved with assuring he has the assistance he needs to succeed. I also have a child in Venture (Gifted Program). We are new to Venture this school year, but very pleased thus far. Parent involvement is encouraged and welcomed. The school is clean and in my experience ALL staff members have been very nice.

My kids are new to Nebo, they LOVE it and are so comfortable there! It's a wonderful change from their previous school! The teachers address individual issues for each students, help with class work on each students level. The CARING AND LOVE at this school is amazing, appropriate and such a blessing for my kids! Their previous school was in New England, it was harsh and unproductive.

I love Nebo, because all my boys have went there and the school is a very caring group of individuals. The school is like a second family to my kids and to my wife who works there. They will do whatever they can possibly do to help others in need. All the staff works hard to teach our children what they need to know to be successful later on in the real world.The staff is fully dedicated to their jobs and to our children. Thanks Nebo for all that you do for our children, you're the best!!

I am a Parapro at Nebo, and you could not find a better school to be a part of then Nebo Elementary. This school is family oriented, it is like a second family to everyone that comes into Nebo. We have friendly, caring, giving, dedicated staff that works at Nebo. I have been a part of this school from parent, volunteer, to parapro and I have to say it is still the best school in Paulding County. Please consider Nebo for the $20,000, thanks so much!!

My oldest son has gone to Nebo since kindergarten and will move on to middle school next year and has had nothing but awesome teachers for 6 years!! My youngest is going into the 4th grade and I can say the same for him. Not only is it great for my children but I have worked there for 3 wonderful years and what a great NEBO family we have!!!!
