If you live in the crestview area and are seeking education for your child, DO NOT ENROLL HERE. This school staff is unbearably rude, and non caring. The school advertises as special needs capable. Full Lies. None of the teachers are actually certified in special needs. Staff does not care about your child and administration is not willing to aid in progress for children. This is by far the worst school operation I've ever witnessed. My child is special needs and has been consistently neglected, fault blamed at him, and zero offering of cotingicienes or other possible solutions. I would be surprised to find out the administration at this school is even qualified to be in the position that they are in. Poor excuse for child education . Do not. Do not, I repeat, do not enroll your kids here if you want them to have any sort of successful childhood.

Dr Donna the principal does not like special needs students my daughter is on the autistic spectrum and was constantly in trouble while at Northwood School she was in previously and the school she was in after have not had the issues that Northwood had teachers are decent for the most part but the admin staff make it difficult for any real progress to be made they fire teachers who do their best to help their students. Despite having an IEP a VIP and multiple meetings with the school and teachers we ultimately ended up happening to move out of the state due to the issues we faced when we tried to transfer we were told no other schools were accepting transfers and even after calling schools directly to try and transfer her in desperation we were unable to do not send your children to Northwood as bullying and neglect are rampant

My son began attending Northwood Elementary last year in 3rd grade. He has attended other schools, both public and charter, as we have moved around. He will tell you that he enjoys Northwood Elementary school the most! We have had great teachers and experiences with this school! His grades have also proven how much he truly enjoys his days there.

Both of my kids have been attending Northwood since K and they have received an excellent education! The teachers are outstanding. Both have been able to participate in PE, Art and Music programs that are not widely available in other schools.
