Wonderful, excellent, fantastic. School experience begins at home. Parents are the ones who determine what kind of person your child will start out to be. You are responsible for nurturing their character. You gave them life now be responsible for thei quality of life.

I have had nothing but respect and politeness from the faculty and staff . My grand daughter is very happy and learning very quickly.

We have had an awesome experience with faculty and administration at CES. My oldest son is entering the 2nd grade and my youngest will begin kindergarten in the fall. Parental involvement is a huge factor to achieve success academically.

This school is definitely not a school for students on the spectrum. The assistant principal is a bully. Because of Covington elementary, my son is now afraid to go to school. Way to go administration

I have two children currently enrolled in this school with this school year (2013-2014) being our third year at CES, and I have to say the experiences I have had with the teachers thus far have been all positive and a great experience for my children. The only complaint that I have is the lack of respect from the principal to the parents and lack of urgency from the office with parents. I have had an "experience" with current principal Mrs. Wolfe, where basically she asked why I, a mom was at the grandparents luncheon bc there would be a mothers luncheon coming soon. I thought that was very inconsiderate because my children's grandparents couldn't make it, but for all she knew my children may not have been as fortunate as to have grandparents. And the office staff is sometimes rude to parents, Mrs. Shane in particular and there has been a few times that I have come into the office and stood at the window waiting for them to finish their conversation before they decided to attend to my needs. But overall the quality of education that my children have received has been GREAT!! The teachers and children really make this school shine.

Over the past seven years, our family has had one or more children enrolled at CES. After moving closer to the school several years ago, we became more involved in PTA, parent support organizations and frequently participate in school activities. Consequently, we came to know the principals, teachers and assistants in a more personal way. In spite of frequent opinions that public schools have less to offer than private schools, I will never again think this way based on my childrens' experiences at CES. CES presents itself as a result of the school's mission to enhance itself as a result of a community effort. Parents wishing to involve themselves in school organizations compliment CES's effort to provide a wholesome and nurturing environment for our children. Please do not let anything deter involvement in these organizations or enjoyment derived from full participation because without parent contributions our experiences would likely be less rewarding.
