We have had great experiences at Corona High School. We happen to live very close and our kids could walk to school. The programs offered at Corona High provide so many opportunities for students. Two of my kids already graduated from Corona Highs STEM academy-Engineering program. Mr. Lee, Mr. Johnson and AP Mrs. Rodriguez, any many more, make a phenomenal dynamic team! My oldest Benny, participated and loved being part of the music program and marching in the Redcoat Regiment! My daughter Brie, played soccer and loved it! My youngest Brayden will be a freshman at Corona High this fall. He is excited for the Aviation Program! Mr. Johnson is the Aviation teacher and he is top notch! He has a heart of gold and a passion for the program. He is an Air Force Veteran and recently was awarded the Aerospace Education Teacher of the Year. The administration team is sincere and proactive! The school has amazing team spirit, from the #1 baseball team in the nation and champion girls wrestling team just to name two. There are so many more programs, clubs and courses offered at Corona High School. It truly is the best High School in Corona, California!

I went all four years and had a fantastic experience. I would say Corona High is highly underrated.

Very positive so far. My son is a senior this year and has participated in sports, ASB and other school events. He likes it and it seems like it is a great learning environment for him. He has excelled. I am hoping for some help with college recommendations, applications and visits.

Very poor! What school would employee a math teacher that tells his freshmen class at the beginning of the year that most if not all of them will fail? Well, this teacher's class avg is 60%. I am guessing this is the school norm considering the very poor math test results posted for the school above. School still implements old out dated policies on school fighting. Currently, both students are suspended. How can a school say they are taking a stance against bullies and then turn around and suspend a kid that stands up to one. This school has cameras use them. Highly recommend district transfer out of this school.

Worst school ever! "Leadership" staff doesn't truly care about the students! I have absolutely nothing positive to write except to warn future parents to seek a district transfer instead of ever subjecting your child to this school!

I'm a current student at Corona High and there aren't enough words to express how awesome the school and teachers are! The teachers are very supportive and care a lot about thier students. There is a really diverse student body. Yes the school buildings are a little old, but the school has started rebuilding and building new structures. For example we just had a brand new gym built that looks awesome (best one in the district!). There are so many opportunities for one to get involved in at school. There are tons of awesome clubs like Friday Night Live which promotes a drug and alcohol free life style through many fun events throughout the year and helps students grow as a leader, Relay for Life, that of which derives from the American Cancer Society, which hosts various events through out the year to help raise funds to end cancer, and Link Crew which helps incoming freshman make their transition into high school nice and easy, and they also host lots of events just for freshman throughout the year too. The performing arts program is amazing!! Shout out to Madrigals ("Varsity chior") who are just incredible. They just won 1st place gold at a compedition they went to at Seattle. Theater is equally amazing. The sports teams are overall the best in the district. Our girls wrestling won CIF championship and our girls have gone to state for the past three consecutive years. The academics are great! They really push you to take honors and ap classes because they want you to push yourself and bring the best out of you. Our AVID, Puente, STEM and PLTW programs are really great too. The staff, Assistant principles, and principal are amazing and really helpful people. The principal and one of the vice principals really went out of their way and above and beyond to help a club out at school who was struggling because they had some issues with the advisor. To sum it all up, ignore anything else (bad) you've heard of Corona High because it's not true. The original home of the Panthers is the best overall school in the district. It's an amazing school and is definitely my home away from home. Could you tell if love my school with everything I wrote? Lol you probably could and if I spent the time to do this it's because it truly is an amazing school. Go Panthers, RAWR!!

This school is horrible I was a student at corona high but I am now moving because its a bad school. I was bullied on social media for about a month. During that time I talked to 3 vice principales and 2 administration about the situation . they said the couldn't do anything about it because it was online. I was shortly later jumped by that student at lunch while there was no one watching the students. Later we complained to the district and that same night the principal called us know little information .

I don't know what the person below is talking about...the football field and stands are brand new and were updated less than 2 years ago. So was the pool for swimming. Every high school has books with markings in them, that was happening when I was in high school back in the 90's. My kids never have a problem getting help from their counselors and teachers who are always available and willing to help. The API score might not be as high as some other HS in the area, but that is due to some students lacking interest in learning and not because of the teacher's inability to teach. The teachers do their part, its up to us parents and the students to do their part at home.

Well. I came from a school in Los Angeles. I moved here to corona from LA before school started and my parents insisted that I go to this school. This school is horrible. Teachers provide no help to students. The school is very old and doesn't look like anything is new about it. My textbooks have markings in them that were already there and I got charged for it. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

Corona High is the best all around high school in the district. It is very family oriented. My kids feel safe on campus and that the staff truly care about them. I would recommend Corona to anyone.

Corona high school is very low grade and possibly the worst in the district. Don't let your child go here. Other schools are surprisingly better. It's basically too old. It's never been furnished after it was created in 1870's. There's no drinking water system or even clean lockers. There's literally no 5 ft x 5 ft area where there is not a single gum. There's dust and guns everywhere. You wonder how someone attend this school... The classrooms are small and disgusting as well. The teachers are not supportive or teaches well. The only nice thing is the students.

I absolutely hate this school. I started the first day of school and left due to the extremely low levels of academic achievements and the depressing campus. This school is the worst i have ever seen in my life, BEWARE CALIFORNIA.

It's been a difficult several years for my daughter at this school. You really have to push to get things resolved. From teacher, student bullying to coaches not taking responsibility for bullying taking place on their team. They enforce parent envolvement yet take days/weeks to respond to emails. Not impressed at all. Removing my daughter from here - 2 years is enough.

I am very impressed with Corona High. My daughter transferred here from private Catholic School. Love the teachers, the diversity, sports, haven't found one thing we don't like. Academics are excellent!
