If you are one of a few smart kids lucky enough to get into this highly competitive school, be prepared for very hard work once you are there. However, you will be surrounded by very supportive people, well mannered children who are eager to learn, and truly caring teachers and advisors. The campus is the most beautiful and I thing best organized among all the boarding schools in Massachusetts. It's huge but everything is very well designed and is close together. Real boarding school feel. Writing program is amazing. The only downside of a small school (375 students) is that they don't have a pool, but most large schools that have poos only let them to be used by the swim team, so unless you are a swimmer you will not miss it. SAT usually runs in 2080 and it has been historically a Harvard feeder school. Very happy with the school overall.

The campus is beautiful, and the faculty quality is exceptional. A huge variety of academics, athletics and arts are offered at Middlesex, which has definitely maintained the educational balance for not only me, but all students who are either there or have graduated. In Middlesex, everyone are friends with one another, and everyone is a family. I couldn't have asked for a better school to have studied in.
