Administration is old and antiquated. They don't understand there job is to foster growth in 21st century children.

Bishop Ready is a phenomenal school. The teachers are completely invested in the success of every child and will academically challenge every student to bring out the best in them. There are several honors and AP courses to choose from, for many subjects. As someone with three children who went to Ready, I can say that Ready definitely prepares students for college and they do every thing possible to help every graduating student during the college choosing process. There are many great academic or extra curricular clubs to join and the athletic program is great. Above all, Ready prides itself and implements faith, tradition and the "Ready family". Ready is definitely underrated and deserves more recognition for what they do.

faculty and staff tend to look the other way on bullying issues and therefore families either leave or deal with the issue on their own. Talented and gifted students are not challenged. Athletics are not supported by administration. Standard and Honors classes are pretty much the same. Parents are involved but do now truly welcome new parents or ideas in established "committees". Students are good at helping each other out and a source of support that is lacking from school officials. An adequate alternative option to the Southwestern City School district public schools but not nearly as competitive as Hilliard city schools, Bishop Waterson, or New Albany City School schools.
