We absolutely love this school we had choice of where we wanted to send our daughter and what this school has done for her and our family has been amazing . Our daughter struggles with ADHD we are able to get a plan of action in kindergarten To help teach her how to cope with it at school and her 1st grade year has been phenomenal. I don't think my daughter would have made as much progress as she did if it was not for her for Mrs. Kania, Mrs Cottrell, Mrs Khatri. Mrs Lipari, Mrs Beth, Mrs Jones and Mrs Michelle Our daughter has scored above average in her testing The beauty of this school is they realize academics is not the only parthe only part behavioral and social is a huge part of a child's success in school.

My kid is being bullied. The other kid has spit on my kid called him gay and choked him and after we reported it he was still able to verbally abuse my child at recess.

I know this school gets a bad rap because of where it is located. I admit we were hesitant as well. We have zero issues with the school and am very pleased with our entire experience. Our son started in ECSE and developed skills to make him an above average student in kindergarten. The teachers are all friendly and the principle seems to work her butt off for the parents. All the classrooms have computers for students to use and learn. Classes are mostly small for the teachers to handle. The desks and some equipment maybe needs updating as they are older but that is a budget issue and is no way preventing the kids from learning. There is no doubt in my mind the only thing preventing students who are behind from progressing is the effort and attention they are given at home.

My grandson goes to this school. He is not at the levels he needs to be at. You are not teaching your students what they need to learn. Catch up with the time. I checked the school ratings and I could not believe what I saw. You have very poor ratings. You should be doing everything you can to change this, including finding new teachers and more qualified at their jobs. Thank You

I have now had two generations of our family attend Rainbow and I am still very pleased with the education all have received. I like the fact that Clintondale is a "smaller" district and such is the case with Rainbow. I have always found the teachers to be committed to helping the children and ALWAYS available to meet with me. The school always makes me feel welcome when I walk through the doors.
