St Paul's is an excellent school, one of the best in the area. The teachers are excellent and push the kids to stretch themselves, 8th graders are typically doing high school classes in English, Spanish and Math.I would not send my child to another school.

The many families that send their children to Saint Paul's do so for a variety of reasons, be it the quality of education, the caring and knowledgeable teachers and staff, the outstanding school leadership, etc. Regardless of why one chooses Saint Paul's one thing is certain, your child is always respected, welcomed and encouraged to discover their unique identities!

Saint Paul's has been my home for five years. The community of staff truly cares about the students and works hard to give each child an experience that is challenging, formative, supportive, and nurturing. The parent community at Saint Paul's is very involved, through the PTA or the ABC, parents are welcomed to contribute their time and talents to help bolster the student experience. The campus is amazing and would rival many high school campuses. I feel fortunate to be a part of the Saint Paul's community.

Saint Paul's School has been a wonderful school for our child. She entered here in the 6th grade, not knowing any of the students in her class, and immediately felt welcomed and at home. The education at this school is very well regarded. I have friends and family whose kids have matriculated to the top schools for high school after graduating from St Paul's and they have been very well prepared.

We have been part of the St. Paul's family for over 10 years. I couldn't imagine having my kids at a more loving, supportive, academically challenging school with individualized curriculum!

My daughter is a 5th grade student and has attended Saint Paul's since 1st grade. Every aspect of the school experience has been student centric and my daughter has truly blossomed. The school has embarked upon a number of capital improvement projects which has brought learning opportunities in technology, language arts and the arts. I have nothing but positive things to say about the teachers, administration and most of all, the Saint Paul's parenting community!

I currently have an 8th grader at Saint Paul's School. He along with our family have been truly blessed by his ten years at the school. While being academically challenged, he has also been nurtured by an amazing faculty who not only lead with wisdom, but also encourage strong character traits that will benefit him in High School and beyond. I could never fully express my gratitude to all of the teachers, advisors, coaches, and administrators he has had along the way. Our experience at Saint Paul's School has been overwhelmingly positive and we have loved being part of this community.

Our graduate is succeeding at his college prep school because of what he learned at Saint Paul’s. Having completed geometry in middle school gave him a great advantage in choosing his advanced honors math and science classes in high school. Of equal importance he credits Saint Paul’s with his ability to study, participate and learn fromothers. This is the result of the leadership hiring teachers that focus on the whole child, and challenging them to be their best. While athletics are not a favorite for him, being able to participate helped to increase confidence. Additionally the inclusive chapel program helped prepare him to relate well to high school students from a wide variety of religious backgrounds.

Horrible administration. Children are bullied and the academics are terrible. Save yourself some money, the local public schools are much better.

As a parent of two recent alumni I feel compelled to chime in: the overall experience at St. Paul's was superb. Thanks to well qualified teachers, a caring staff and the beautiful & safe campus, my once young, bouncing little Pre-K'ers blossomed into happy, confident, well educated young adults. I will be forever grateful to the St. Paul's community for the passion they demonstrated in their pursuit of academic excellence, the arts, school organizations and their robust sports teams. My heart will always bleed St. Paul's Blue & White. I love that school!! Go Knights!

Current parent with Middle School student who has attended for nine years. Moved to Tampa Bay, explored options both sides of the Bay, and only Saint Paul's had the right mix of scholarly, sport and social emphasis for our family. No matter who the head of school has been, SPS has stayed true to its founding mission: excellent college preparatory curriculum and whole child (mind, body, spirit) development. The faculty and administration know our child and are governed according to true independent school principles. I am a product of a public school education and did not understand the term "independent" at the beginning of our child's education journey. Research NAIS and FCIS for yourself to understand the accreditation process and the top-notch group of schools in the USA deemed "independent." Saint Paul's is the only independent Pre-K3 through 8 option in our area and it is comparable to the best in other regions. We value the developmentally-appropriate freedom our child has been given by every teacher and are seeing the fruits of this labor of love in an articulate, well-adjusted, creative learner with the ability to get into any high school. Come visit and see for yourself!

This school is not the right fit for my child. We joined the snobby community this year, and I am already regretting it. My son in middle school hates it here. Sait Pauls has "excellent" curriculum? No they do not. In middle school, they have math two to three times a week all in hour and a half sessions. My child, nor any other normal child, cannot sit in a desk and learn math for an hour and a half straight. There is also no order whatsoever in the classrooms, the children just talk and talk to eachother, and if your parents donate money to the school the teachers won't even care. Also, the PE teacher? He is unqualified and a students father. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

St. Paul's has for us has always been a second home. It is one thing to have a school, where you know your children are getting a fantastic and individualistically tailored education program, and clearly you are getting that at St. Paul's. But what has always struck me as core differentiator is the extent by which the senior leadership at St. Paul's School has nurtured a robust parent, faculty and administration Culture. This openness, transparency and engagement at all levels in the school has fostered some amazing transformations since we started there in Pre-K. The new middle school is a perfect example of this; with its open and age/development appropriate environment in combination with forward thinking teaching staff with the experience to be able take full advantage of the space has me counting the days till 6th grade starts. Would definitely recommend that you tour other schools first, before you settle in at home at St. Paul’s.

I am a current parent starting our 7th year at Saint Paul's and I can honestly say I couldn't be happier. The credentials and experience held by the faculty and staff are SO impressive. The energy and excitement is palpable and has grown consistently the past few years. Graduates of Saint Paul’s continue to tell current students how well they were prepared for high school. The new middle school is so innovative and forward thinking and even has a Maker Space area! I look forward to another great school year at Saint Paul’s!

Everything about Saint Paul's has been positive for us. The start to the new year has brought some exciting changes to the school with a brand new middle school building, and the faculty and staff have been great at acclimating the families to the new environment. We can't wait for the rest of the year!

I was inspired to write a review after one reviewer asked parents to do an honest evaluation. So, as a current parent finishing our 4th school year, I will do an honest evaluation. My child transferred into St. Paul's from another school (public) in the area. Albeit, it has not been a perfect transition with the constant changes yet NO school is truly perfect. Perfection is a matter of perspective and since we do not all hold the same 'looking glass', perfection simply does not exist. Now, that being said, my children Love going to school every day. My children love the small environment that gives them the extra hands-on attention. I value the relationships fostered between student-teacher-parent. The small class to teacher ratio is perfect for the needs of my family. I don't love the tuition, but I do value the hard work ethic that has been taught to my children (which honestly, before St. Paul's simply did not exist), in addition to seeing a growth in my children's confidence which to me, is Priceless! In regards to some reviews on bullying, I am sorry to hear that however, as an objective reviewer, this has not been true for me nor have I heard of any issues.

We are so pleased with the school as it serves as a second home for our children. The administration, faculty, staff, and parents come together to provide a nurturing, safe, and truly wonderful experience for children during these very important childhood years. The school is able to pair academic excellence and social growth while providing comprehensive enrichment programs and activities. Families are so pleasant and this is reflected in the children through their compassion and kindness.

We are current parents at the school and our daughter has been there for nine years. Not only are the academics top notch, but so is the administration team, teachers, and staff. From Lessons and Carols to Coffee Poetry House there are so my opportunities for our children to express themselves; it is impressive! We seen a lot of changes in the years and it is awesome to see the school excelling.

I have been a parent at Saint Paul's School for 10 years. Our son graduated last spring and is a high school freshman, enrolled in all Honors classes. His transition to 9th grade has been easy, and he is earning A's and high B's (88%-89%). We believe, and he will testify to this fact, that his success now is directly related to the strong academic foundation he got from Saint Paul's. He has the tools he needs because of the nine years of individual attention and excellent preparation given him by the teachers and staff at Saint Paul's. That safe, caring atmosphere encouraged him to flourish and discover his potential in all areas of his life - academic, social/emotional, spiritual, and physical. The personal relationships his teaches developed with him from Kindergarten through 8th grade, and the genuine interest they took in him, enhanced his development beyond imagine, and their influence in his life continues to linger. Our younger son is right behind him, receiving the same level of dedicated commitment from his teachers. We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity we have to belong to such a school where our children are recognized, nurtured and led to be all they can be.
