We absolutely love Ponce. My oldest child has been at Ponce since pre k, followed by younger siblings who started at pre k as well. As parents there was never a doubt in our mind that our children would attend Ponce and that we would keep them there, as we felt welcomed, heard and important from day 1. We love the relationships we have formed at Ponce with students, teachers and all staff. The welcoming and caring environment makes the learning part fun and easy for my kids which is why we love and enjoy our school. Communication is always open between parents and teachers and the dedication to the students truly shows. The commitment to education and providing all students with the necessary tools to succeed is evident. We wish they sill had the dual language program, however we are truly satisfied and love the school regardless. We are proud to be Ponce Panthers and truly love our school.

My son has been at this school since kindergarten (when the pandemic hit). He has received the best education possible from all of his teachers from day one. He was receiving speech/language services during his first two years in school and is now excelling in all academic areas. I love the way his teachers have high expectations and promote relationships from all members of the school family.

My daughter went here from kindergarten to 5th grade. She would go back in a heartbeat if she could! All of the teachers she had & ones she didn't that knew her were always helpful & friendly. Her accommodations were met even as she grew & her needs changed. There wasn't an issue updating her paperwork. She made a lot of great memories here & I hope other kids do too!

Horrible School. Get rid of the Principal Dr. Smith. Poor leadership. He is collecting a salary. The school is performing Below Academic Standard for 2 or more years. The Scholars are not progressing, only regressing. Shameful, Shameful, Shameful.

This school is an absolute joke! There is ZERO communication between the school and parents. Today was my sons picture day apparently, I had no idea. They never send any hand outs home. They make sure they send those fund raisers though. The teachers are great but the curriculum is horrendous. Once a week they send home a sheet with all the assignments for the week, which would be great if they were a little more detailed on what some of the assignments are. It's typed as if we sit in the rooms with the kids and know what they are talking about. They leave it up to your child to figure it out.. Good luck if you have a first or second grader. Someone needs to reassess the way things work at this school.
