I absolutely love Seton. Since I’ve been here my GPA went from 3.0 to 3.8, I’ve found my love of singing and softball, and I’ve found my absolute best friends. Seton is so including and makes everyone feel welcome. My old public schools never cared enough to check up on students mental health but Seton has days dedicated to students mental well being. I highly recommend Seton, I’ve really found myself over the past 3 years.

I have had the worst experience here. Would not recommend it. They only care about money, and dismiss any form of bullying, depression, etc. They don't care about their student's mental health.

I love Seton! Seton was by far the best option when choosing a high school. Seton has challenged me in the classroom and has helped me to meet my lifelong friends. The Seton community is incredible, they are always so supportive. The girls I go to school with are all my best friends, and we have become so close over the last few years. Seton is always trying to make learning fun, and they give us many amazing opportunities that I could have never imagined. To the people below that have said that Seton "just wants your money" are absolutely wrong. Seton has fundraisers such as the car raffle to assist students with financial aid and to give them the opportunity to go to Seton. If Seton did not do fundraisers, our school would have to close just like Mercy and McCauley did. Overall, Seton is great and if you are deciding between schools, definitely choose Seton!

In regards to teachers many do not return emails when students have questions and overall seem bothered when they have to do work outside of school hours. I have also felt disrespected by some teachers' comments/attitudes. The amount of "busy work" and homework expected to be completed each night is ridiculous. The overall school environment is stressful and unsupportive. You are constantly being hounded for money and are "shamed" by posters that keep track of how much and if you have contributed. The school says that they foster an idea that students should be self advocating, but once she learns this skill she is rudely "quieted" if she speaks out on an issue with the school. The administration is extremely rude and dislikes any student who does not fit their "ideal". School spirit and sports are valued more than academics, and those who fall into these two categories are highly praised more than people who work hard at academics. Cell phones are allowed to be used in the lunchroom, which leads to inappropriate situations. All students are expected to be one type, and if you aren't, then you don't fit in. Don't come here.

My daughter has had the most horrible experience at Seton High School and it hasn't even been a year yet. She will be leaving this school due to the harassment she has had to put up with there not just by the students but by the administration and some of the teachers. They are not understanding or compassionate to her needs, she has had some difficulties this year in her life and after one month of them having to deal with her, meaning her grades have slipped a little because of missing assignments that they won't let her make up before that excellent grades, and missing more school than they would like because they made it so stressful for her to come to school, the school is basically done with her and will not help her at all. If your child does not fit into this nice little predetermined box , DO NOT send her to this school. They will eat her alive like they did my daughter.

The new leadership team, along with an experienced, dedicated faculty, continue to push students to accomplish more than they thought was possible.I have two daughters who are grads and both treasure the time they spent at Seton. The academic preparation was excellent and the life lessons they learned continue to impact their lives even today.
