While parents are encouraged to be involved with their children's learning there's little engagement. The school is understaffed. The admin team is not supportive of teachers. Students are unruly, disrespectful, disengaged, aggressive, and rude.

I am a grandparent of a kindergarten student. Up until now he has loved school and his teachers. He now says his teacher hates him. And he no longer likes school. His parents are considering taking him out of Orion. Not a good choice.

My child currently in the 2nd grade and will be retained next year.My child is not the only one I can speak for a majority of 2nd graders will be retain for reading scores low.I feel that reflects how the school is teaching the children. In January they had to eliminate science and social studies to concentrate on the reading scores. My son was AB honor roll .I am waiting for the school doors to close. This is a failing school do not enroll your child here.
