This review is only for the music teacher.my son today came home crying becuase of the music teacher he said that the music teacher yelled just a reminder he is very sensitive he has a therapist and every thing to help him so when he came crying for 2 hours I was so mad he said that she also yells at other students and she is very rude idk if this is true but crying for 2 hours will make me believe this my son has never cried this long he says that he enjoys music but he does not like the teacher he says that if he a small thing his music privileges I think this teacher should get fired and I hope others agree after reading this.

I have kids at school. One from TK and one from the second year. Teachers are excellent, have homework every day, parents have good communication with staff, teachers and the principal. The parents participate in school activities.

My son just finished TK this year. Overall it's been great. We are not a majority race in this school, so I was worried about bullying issues, but nothing like that happened to my son. The TK teacher is very nice and the class works are reasonable for TK kids. Most important thing is I'm very satisfied with the school safety environment. I feel relieved that the school gates always closed and no passerby can sneak in.( unlike some other schools that I've heard of) Accident report note is nice too. When kids bumped their heads to each other or something like that happen at least we( parents) would like to know about it. Therefore, we decided to stay for kindergarten as well.

I absolutely love this school. We did a transfer from another school and castlemont is amazing! The school is big, the teachers are great and the students are really nice to each other. Previous school their were issues with bullying and bad behavior in all grade levels.

Castlemont also has PRESCHOOL and Transitional Kindergarten! Skilled teachers. Smaller class sizes. Super outdoor education center/garden. Very active and supportive parents.

Castlemont is a great school! My daughter is in kindergarten and she has a wonderful teacher. There is a lot of parent involvement which is key to a great school. It is only January and I feel that my daughter has learned an incredible amount in such a short time. I think the principal is wonderful. She is passionate about her job and it shows.

Most of the teachers are great and very interactive, however, some will incorporate their own personal academic research to study the students. I'm not a big fan of using children for these types of research at such a young age when they cannot comprehend this type of exploitation. Principle is not very helpful and tends to ignore parent concerns. Campbell Care staff is excellent.
