We have had an outstanding experience at Hoover. We transferred here from a district in Cupertino that itself had good schools, but Hoover is an entirely new level. The teachers all have masters degrees and really focus on learning methods. The “hawk talk“ speeches have helped my shy kid become great at public speaking. There’s also a great sense of community with cocktail parties and other events to meet parents. We love Hoover!

Hoover is an amazing school. Fantastic leadership and dedicated teachers. Both my daughters are thriving here and we feel very fortunate to be part of this school.The principal, Lisa Booth, is great. Her leadership style sets the tone for the school and she encompasses all the qualities that makes a great principal. She has lots of energy, the school is student centered and has a great spirit -everyone seems happy to be there. She knows the name of each student and really cares about each and every one of them. The teachers are motivated, empowered, and professional. There's a real 'community of caring' about Hoover, and it feels like a big, happy family. An outstandingly good school.

Hoover is a wonderful school and we feel to fortunate to be here. Lisa Booth's warmth sets the tone and she lives up to every bit of her reputation as being an amazing principal. The parent community is also welcoming and has a very active PTA. Truly a gem of a school.

Hoover is such a special school with a tight community. The teachers are so creative and caring. The staff is supportive and responsive. Our daughter is thriving and we could not have imagined a better place for her to spend the next few years.
