Boothville is a very small school that is family centered but I have to disagree with the last comments that the principal and teachers are unwelcoming. The principal and teachers are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to help their students be successful and strive for excellence for all students!!

I agree with the last post. Cliques, unfriendly and horrible principal, lukewarm assistant principal. Teachers are good for the 1st half of the year, then I don't know what happens. They get stressed and the kids suffer for it. Clique parents and the principle are so unwelcoming that it makes you not want to participate in activities for the kids. It is a small school and that's the only thing I like. Just be aware, you and your kids might not ever fit in.

Like a previous comment made, everyone know everybody at this school. That's one of the many problems here. "Outsiders" are not welcome. If you didn't grow up here or are not related to anyone, you won't be accepted into the "cliques" that most of the parents and teachers have set up. If you are a working mother who can't attend every social function, you will be ostrcized and not welcome at any function. My children started this school 3 years ago and I still feel like the "new" family everyday that no one acknowledges nor wants around. Very unfriendly principal and disrespectful teachers.
