My child got sexually harassed and she got put in the same class as him and he continued this behavior. She has now left this school but still, way to go learning! And she also got put next to him during exams. Only one teacher was helping, The counselor.

I am an Art teacher at this school, I am in my 9th year. Our school works tirelessly to help our students achieve academic success. We have a fantastic administration. All of students course work is guided by test data. This is a safe, caring, small public school. We have low student class sizes.Students receive, Art, Music, PE, Computer and Library. We do not tolerate disrespect, and we hold students to high expectations. The school is set in the middle of a swamp area that faces the Mississippi River. No complaints here!

This is one worst school my child has attended. I would highly recommend you dont send your child here if you have a choice. My son is a straight A student. This is the first time in my life i seen my son come home everyday crying about him getting bullied and hit on. Everyday students are fighting and throwing chairs. The teachers does nothing at all. After dealing with this for 3 months I decided to take my child out this school. The teachers are no better than the students. I can say this if you want your child bully, getting hit, picked on, and grades dropping send your child to Smith. The sad thing is you really cant blame the kids their only doing what they see in their homes. Worst school ever. If I can give a 0 I would.
