I just HAD to share that my children had a blast at the drive thru trick or treating event. The staff was amazing and it was a fun time! It feels good to be apart of Corey Elementary.

Even with the pandemic, Corey has continued to provide my children with quality education and worthwhile experiences. The school and staff have been accommodating with my family’s needs. The teachers also have been so wonderful. I am grateful that my children are eager and excited to go to school every morning and I owe it to the excellent Corey faculty and staff. They’ve made changes to protocols in order to keep students/staff as safe as possible. Keep up the great work!!

My child is thriving and growing at Arthur F Corey Elementary School. Principal Ortega is approachable, dedicated and helpful especially if I have questions or concerns. Last year my child did distance learning and I cannot fully express how nurturing, caring Principal Ortega was (and is) with helping my child and her teachers/staff ensuring my child is successful academically and social/emotionally. Additionally, I’m most pleased to see such diversity and cultural awareness as this is vital to any human beings growth. Plus, Principal Ortega moves mountains to connect with students and parents - I appreciate that.

I love this school ! The principal is always available and supportive the teachers are amazing and also I want to point out when I pick up my child I see the principal every day saying by to each child by there name I think that’s awesome and she cares about each student

Teachers are great and amazing! Principal has to go! There’s a lack of communication between the principal and the parents. Every information I get is from the teachers and the secretary. During this time of distance learning-parents needs more help and information to keep us updated and informed. This principal had asked to send our questions via parentsquare. I did what was asked, she in turn tried to call me. I called her back but she was busy on the other line. I then asked for her to reply to my questions via parentsquare Bec I can’t be on the phone during work hours and I want to spend time with my kids when I am home. She didn’t listen and tried to call again! Again, I couldn’t pick up my phone. She didn’t even bother to gather the parents questions a send an email to everyone (perhaps those questions would be beneficial to others). She didn’t make me feel safe and secure whether sending my kids back to school would be handled and done in the best way possible at Corey.

Teachers are beyond amazing. This school is terrific and I highly recommend it. We love it here. Just need to replace the poor principal.

Excellent school. I went there myself in the late 70s and early 80s. I learned so much and the teachers really were dedicated to teaching.

My children has been attending this school since Kindergarten. Now my oldest will be in 4th grade and my youngest will be in 2nd grade this coming school year. Corey Elementary School has a family-friendly environment, excellent staff members, and has set the standards (academically) that each students need for every grade level! My kids love this school so so much, I myself wouldn't want them to move to a different school!! Im just really glad that I had my kids attend this AWESOME school! Defnitely a FIVE star!!

me and my daughter love Corey elementary school she has been attending there since kindergarten All of her teachers are really nice and my daughter has been excelling in school also she has had no problems with the other kids there at the school. they have a lot of activities for you to participate in and everybody is hands-on and other parents are really nice as well. I would highly recommend this school for anyone that is relocating or moving to the area for grades kindergarten through 6th grade.

Corey is a Terrific School my kids have been attending since kinder. They are now 4th & 3rd graders. Teachers/Staff are awesome! My kids love this school and their friends. Corey does a lot of school activities that involve the parents/families. My family now has many new friends due to these family involvement activities. This school is outstanding!

In my opinion, this school is outstanding! I am very happy to have my daughter attend here. The teachers that she has had the last three years are superb. My daughter has excelled on every level since attending! Also ,the staff in the office are amazing and are happy to help with anything you need.
